ADMISSIONS POLICY
The organisation does not accept responsibility for any expenses incurred by festival attendees during and/or as a result of their attending to the festival.
The organisation reserves the right to revoke admission to the festival, without refund, in the event that an attendee fails to adhere to these terms and conditions. This will automatically revoke the admission rights of the person they registered with, where applicable.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES
Registrations will be open until the day before the start of the festival, subject to the availability of the desired pass. If there are no places available for the desired level/pass, the dancer will be placed on a waiting list.
Payment should be made to secure your place as indicated below, with different payment plans available for each registration period.
For the Registrations made before October 5 (super early bird pass)
- FULL PASS: once the place is confirmed, the payment of the 50% of the registration fee must be performed within the next 3 working days, being able to pay the rest up to October 15.
- WEEKEND PASS: once the place is confirmed, the 100% of payment should be complete within the next 3 working days.
For the Registration until November 5 (early bird passes)
- All the payments must be effectuated in within the next 5 working days after receiving the place’s confirmation. 100% of the registration fee is applied at once.
For the Registration from November 5 (regular prices)
- All the payments must be effectuated in within the next 5 working days after receiving the place’s confirmation. 100% of the registration fee is applied at once.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, TRANSFER AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
The organisation reserves the right to cancel a registration if payment is not received as instructed in the registration and payment policies. The refund of any amounts already paid will be at the discretion of the organisation, as outlined below.
The same procedures will be applied if payment is not received as instructed from any of members of a group. This could affect the status of the group as a whole if, for instance, the minimum number of group members is not met as a result of one or more registrations being cancelled.
About cancellation. Attendees can exchange their registration at any time with another new assistant, if all or only part is paid. This exchange must be communicated to the organization. The new assistant, if it is a pass that includes classes, must be eligible for the level selected by the previous assistant, occupying the same role (leader or follower) and must not be enrolled in any other festival pass. The amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. The organization needs to cover management expenses and damages, such as not having allowed pre-registrations after the canceled one.
Attendees can change the mode of their pass until November 15. After this date, both the change and the total or partial refund of the new possible amount will be subject to study, such as changing from a Full Pass to a Weekend Pass.
Attendees can transfer their pass, paid in full, to future editions of the festival.
GENERAL RULES
The organisation does not accept responsibility for either personal belongings or the personal health of the attendees. We strongly urge attendees to take special care in both respects.
Attendees must be mutually respectful of each other and the organisation both on and off the dance floor.
Attendees must respect the decisions of the organisation and the invited teachers during the classes and auditions. The decisions of these latter in this respect are final.
In the event that any of these rules are broken, the organisation reserves the right to revoke the admission to the festival of the attendee or attendees responsible.

POLÍTICAS DE ADMISIÓN
La organización no se hace responsable de cualquier gasto adicional que incurran los asistentes durante su estancia y participación en el festival, exceptuando los resultados de las POLÍTICAS DE CANCELACIÓN, DEVOLUCIÓN, INTERCAMBIO Y CAMBIO.
La organización se reserva el derecho a revocar la admisión al festival, sin reembolso del pago, si los asistentes no respetan estos TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES. Esto afectaría al mismo tiempo a la inscripción de la pareja de registro en caso de haberla.
POLÍTICAS DE INSCRIPCIÓN Y PAGO
Las inscripciones se podrán realizar hasta el día anterior a la fecha de inicio del festival, siempre y cuando haya plazas disponibles en el pase deseado. En caso contrario, el inscrito pasará a estar en lista de espera.
Dependiendo de la fecha de inscripción del asistente, el pago de las inscripciones se podrá realizar de diferentes modos.
Inscripciones hasta el 5 de Octubre (super early bird pass)
- FULL PASS: una vez confirmada la plaza, pago del 50% de la inscripción en 3 días siguientes hábiles, pudiendo pagar el resto hasta máximo el 15 de Octubre.
- WEEKEND PASS: una vez confirmada la plaza, pago del 100% de la inscripción en 3 días siguientes hábiles.
Inscripciones hasta el 5 de Noviembre (early bird pass)
- Todos los pagos de las inscripciones con plaza confirmada posteriores a esta fecha se realizarán en su totalidad y se abonarán en los 5 días siguientes a la confirmación de la plaza.
Inscripciones desde el 5 de Noviembre (regular prices)
- Todos los pagos de las inscripciones con plaza confirmada posteriores a esta fecha se realizarán en su totalidad y se abonarán en los 5 días siguientes a la confirmación de la plaza.
POLÍTICAS DE CANCELACIÓN, DEVOLUCIÓN, INTERCAMBIO Y CAMBIO
La organización se reserva el derecho a cancelar la pre-inscripción de los asistentes si estos no han realizado los pagos según lo indicado en las POLÍTICAS DE INSCRIPCIÓN Y PAGO, así como a la devolución de los importes totales o parciales realizados.
Sobre la cancelación. Los asistentes pueden intercambiar su inscripción en cualquier momento con otro nuevo asistente, se encuentre abonada la totalidad o solo una parte. Dicho intercambio habrá de comunicarse a la organización. El nuevo asistente, en caso de ser un pase que incluya clases, deberá poder acogerse al nivel seleccionado por el anterior asistente, ocupando el mismo rol (leader o follower) y no deberá estar inscrito en ningún otro pase del festival. No se devolverá el importe bajo ninguna circunstancia. La organización necesita cubrir gastos de gestión y perjuicios, como por ejemplo, no haber permitido pre-inscripciones posteriores a la cancelada.
Los asistentes pueden cambiar la modalidad de su pase hasta el día 15 de Noviembre. Posterior a esa fecha se someterá a estudio tanto el cambio como la devolución total o parcial del nuevo posible importe, como por ejemplo cambiar de un Full Pass a un Weekend Pass.
Los asistentes pueden optar por trasladar su inscripción, abonada en su totalidad, a ediciones posteriores del festival.
REGLAS GENERALES
La organización no se hace responsable de los objetos personales así como de la salud personal de los asistentes. Desde la organización motivamos a los asistentes a cuidar ambos.
Los asistentes deben respetar al resto así como a la organización en la pista de baile y fuera de ella.
Los asistentes deben atenerse a las decisiones de la organización y de los profesores invitados en las clases y en las pruebas de nivel. Las decisiones y criterio de los segundos son indiscutibles.
En caso de no cumplir cualquiera de estas reglas, la organización se reserva el derecho de revocar la admisión de los asistentes al festival.

L’organització no es fa responsable de qualsevol despesa adicional en què incórreguen els assistents durant la seua estància i participació al festival.
L’organització es reserva el dret a revocar el dret d’admissió al festival, sense reembossament del pagament, si els assistents no respecten aquests TERMES I CONDICIONS. Açò afectaria al mateix temps a la inscripció de la parella del registrament en cas d’haver-hi.

Les inscripcions es podran realitzar fins el dia anterior a la data d’inici del festival, sempre i quan hi hagen places disponibles amb l’abonament desitjat. En cas contrari, l’inscrit passarà a estar en llista d’espera.
En funció de la data d’inscripció de l’assistent, el pagament de les inscripcions es podrà realitzar de diferents formes.
Inscripcions fins el 5 d’octubre (super early bird pass)
- FULL PASS: una vegada confirmada la plaça, pagament del 50% de la inscripció durant els 3 dies hàbils següents, podent pagar la resta com a tard fins el 15 de novembre.

POLÍTIQUES DE CANCEL·LACIÓ, DEVOLUCIÓ, INTERCANVI I CANVI
L’organització es reserva el dret a cancel·lar la preinscripció dels assistents si aquests no han realitzat els pagaments segons allò indicat en les POLÍTIQUES D’INSCRIPCIÓ I PAGAMENT, així com a la devolució dels imports totals o parcials realitzats.
Si els assistents que pertanyen a grups no realitzen els pagaments d’acord amb les POLÍTIQUES D’INSCRIPCIÓ I PAGAMENT, s’aplicaran les mateixes mesures de cancel·lació que als assistents individuals, podent així afectar al grup, com per exemple no arribar al mínim d’integrants per a formar grup degut a una cancel·lació d’un d’ells.
Sobre la cancel·lació. Els assistents poden intercanviar la seva inscripció en qualsevol moment amb un altre nou assistent, es trobi abonada la totalitat o només una part. Dit intercanvi haurà de comunicar-se a l’organització. El nou assistent, en cas de ser una passada que inclogui classes, ha de poder acollir-se al nivell seleccionat per l’anterior assistent, ocupant el mateix paper (leader o follower) i no ha d’estar inscrit en cap altre passi del festival. No es retornarà l’import sota cap circumstància. L’organització necessita cobrir despeses de gestió i perjudicis, com per exemple, no haver permès pre-inscripcions posteriors a la cancel·lada.
Els assistents poden canviar la modalitat del seu passi fins el dia 15 de Novembre. Després d’aquesta data se sotmetrà a estudi tant el canvi com la devolució total o parcial del nou possible import, com per exemple canviar d’un Full Pass a un Weekend Pass.
Els assistents poden optar per traslladar la seua inscripció, abonada en la seua totalitat, a edicions posteriors del festival.
REGLES GENERALS
L’organització no es fa responsable dels objectes personals així com de la salut personals dels assistents. Des de l’organització motivem els assistents a cuidar ambdues coses.
Els assistents han de respectar a la resta així com a l’organització en la pista de ball i fora d’ella.
Els assistents han d’atendre’s a les decisions de l’organització i dels professors convidats en les classes i en les proves de nivell. Les decisions i criteri dels segons són indiscutibles.
En cas de no complir amb qualsevol d’aquestes regles, l’organització es reserva el dret de revocar l’admissió dels assistents al festival.
